Stage 5

Electronics industry: related materials, resources, tools, equipment and techniques

The following points guide teachers to select safe, accessible and appropriate materials, resources, tools and equipment relevant to the industry and Loading , and the stage of learning.

Schools must follow education sector or school-based policies and guidelines regarding age restrictions and supervision requirements for specific equipment.

All equipment marked with an asterisk (*) may have additional size and age restrictions and a local risk assessment may be required.

Students with Loading  may require adjustments.
