School sectors are responsible for implementing syllabuses and are best placed to provide schools with specific guidance and information on implementation given their understanding of their individual contexts.
Content
Life Skills
Through collaborative curriculum planning, it may be decided that Life Skills outcomes and content are the most appropriate option for some students with intellectual disability.
This section outlines the historical skills relevant to each focus area, which can be integrated with the content.

Recognise the everyday language used to describe time
Use units of time to describe the recent past
Use units of time to describe longer time periods
Record events across the passage of time using calendars and diaries
Sequence components of familiar activities or events in chronological order
Sequence past events in chronological order
