Designing and making: Artworld concepts
Designer
  • Adopt the role of the designer to make design artworks that represent points of view about the world, and address user needs and challenges

  • Examine how designers communicate Loading , ideas and interests to inform designing, making and refining of design artworks

  • Make and refine design artworks with an understanding of accessible, sustainable and user-centred design solutions

Design artworks
  • Examine how design artworks communicate designers’ intentions, ideas and Loading  to Loading 

  • Investigate and apply principles, elements and theories of design to make design artworks that effectively communicate ideas to engage audiences through purposeful design decisions

  • Make and refine design artworks using a range of Loading , techniques and processes incorporating Loading  to represent intentions, choices and actions

World
  • Investigate the world as a source of inspiration, ideas and subject matter to represent meaning in design artworks

  • Make and refine design artworks that reflect and respond to personal or collective interactions with the natural, built and virtual worlds

Audience
  • Investigate the needs of specific audiences when making and refining design artworks

  • Examine how audiences experience and interact with design artworks through spatial, physical, screen-based and immersive environments, exhibitions and Loading  displays to inform design decisions

  • Make and refine design artworks that respond to and communicate with diverse audiences
