Making: Artworld concepts
Photomedia artist
  • Adopt the role of the photomedia artist to make photomedia artworks that represent points of view about the world

  • Examine how photomedia artists represent ideas and interests to inform choices in own photomedia artworks

  • Make and refine photomedia artworks with an understanding of how audience perspective and context shape meaning

  • Examine the photograph, film and digital image as constructed representations that shape how the audience views, remembers and understands the world

  • Investigate how artistic choices in genre, visual style, framing and editing contribute to the concept, narrative and representation of photomedia artworks

  • Make and refine photomedia artworks using a range of forms, techniques and processes to represent intentions, choices and actions

  • Investigate the world as a source of inspiration, ideas and subject matter to represent meaning in photomedia artworks
