Critical and historical practice
Intentions, choices and actions as a critic and historian
  • Investigate the history of, and advancements in, technology and Loading  and how they have contributed to the evolution of the camera, photograph and film

  • Research and explain the value and significance of photomedia practices, conventions and procedures that are informed by different times, places and Loading  using different viewpoints

  • Explain how the Loading  Loading , choice of Loading  and technical decisions shape the meaning and impact of a photomedia artwork

  • Investigate how editing, manipulation and digital enhancements represent or misrepresent reality and authenticity in photomedia artworks

  • Examine how photomedia artists use storytelling techniques, such as narrative structures, sequencing and Loading  Loading , to convey meaning and engage the Loading 

  • Examine critical and historical accounts to understand how different viewpoints are used to interpret the significance of photomedia artworks

  • Investigate and apply the ways critics and historians construct and represent arguments about photomedia artists and their photomedia artworks
