Stage 4

Electronics industry: related materials, resources, tools, equipment and techniques

The following points guide teachers to select safe, accessible and appropriate materials, resources, tools and equipment relevant to the industry and project, and the stage of learning.

Schools must follow education sector or school-based policies and guidelines regarding age restrictions and supervision requirements for specific equipment.

All equipment marked with an asterisk (*) may have additional size and age restrictions and a local risk assessment may be required.

Students with disability may require adjustments.
