Through collaborative curriculum planning, it may be decided that Life Skills outcomes and content are the most appropriate option for some students with intellectual disability.

Historical context: In the modern world, people have become more involved in global movements such as sustainability, rights, freedoms and equality. Australia works with its neighbours and other nations to address these shared goals.
