  • Investigate how technology is used in the management of aquatic pests

  • Explain techniques used to manage biofouling and the presence of microorganisms in aquatic environments

  • Investigate technologies used to monitor the impact of climate on aquatic environments

  • Discuss the role of technology in the management of aquatic environments

  • Explain the importance and benefits of conservation programs and aquatic scientific research

  • Design and carry out an investigation to prevent and manage pollution in aquatic environments

  • Analyse data and information gathered from research and investigation to explain strategies used to manage aquatic environments

Thinking and communicating
