7–10Aboriginal Studies 7–10 Syllabus

The aim of the Aboriginal Studies 7–10 Syllabus is to:

• develop students’ knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal identities, Communities, autonomy, roles and the range of relationships between Aboriginal Peoples and non-Aboriginal people

• develop students’ skills for engaging in Community consultation

• enable students to develop ethical research practices to become inclusive, active and informed advocates.
