Aim
Agriculture 11–12 aims to develop students’ understanding of how food, fibre and other materials are produced for society's benefit. They learn how rural and urban industries operate in economical, ethical and environmentally sustainable ways, and develop knowledge and skills to apply scientific and economic principles that underpin systems of agricultural production.
