7–10Drama 7–10 Syllabus

The aim of the Drama 7–10 Syllabus is to:

• enable students to become informed and innovative dramatic practitioners

• engage and challenge students through the interrelated practices of making, performing and appreciating drama and theatre

• contribute to students’ aesthetic, artistic and cultural education and enjoyment

• build empathy, autonomy and resourcefulness through individually and collaboratively generating, staging and interpreting experiences of drama and theatre.
